Welcome to my website! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my services and website. By engaging with my services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using my services or website.

1. Definitions

“DianaUI” refers to me.

“Client” refers to the individual, company, or entity engaging my services.

“Deliverables” refers to any designs, websites, or other work products created by Me for the Client.

2. Scope of services

I provide the following services:
User Experience (UX)
Web & Native Apps
Websites
User Interface (UI)
Branding
Social Media Assets
Marketing Collateral

Additional services outside the original agreement will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

3. Project timelines

I will provide an estimated timeline for each custom project. Delays caused by the Client, including failure to provide timely feedback or necessary materials, may result in project timeline extensions.

Any modifications to the project scope may impact delivery schedules.

4. Fees and payment

The Client agrees to pay fees as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

If a custom project is started, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Late payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services until payment is received.

All payments made to me are non-refundable.

5. Revisions and feedback

For Custom projects, I will provide a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur extra charges.

All feedback and revision requests must be submitted in writing within the agreed timeframe.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables. I retain the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Any design concepts or drafts not selected by the Client remain the property of DianaUI.

7. Client responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials and feedback required for the project.

The Client warrants that any materials provided to DianaUI do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

9. Limitation of liability

I will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables.

My total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

10. Termination

For Custom projects, either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of any work completed up to the date of termination.

In the event of termination, any deposits or payments already made are non-refundable.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaga, Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
